CDM Regulations 2015

The Construction Design Management Regulations are now relevant to all domestic projects, with duties to be undertaken by the Principal Designer, who must plan, manage and co-ordinate matters relating to health and safety during the pre-construction phase to ensure that as far as is practicable, the project is carried out without risks to health and safety. I am able to undertake to the required duties to act as Principal Designer in compliance with the CDM Regulations
